Pan Pacific Computer Center (PPCC) is a member of the Yuchengco Group of Companies.  It renders varied IT services to the entire YGC and other clients.

We have URGENT requirements for the following positions:

Junior Document Management Systems Specialist (Technical/Product) 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise in implementing Document Management System through the following:
    1. Scoping of the business requirements of the client
    2. Document requirements during project implementation
    3. Set-up and configure Docuflo and/or Kodak scanner/ software
    4. Provide user’s training in Docuflo and/or Kodak scanner/software
  • Develop prototype of Docuflo for different industries and scenarios.
  • Provide technical support to external clients regarding Docuflo and/or Kodak scanner/software.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Industrial), Computer Science/Information Technology, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiar in Document Management System (DMS).
  • Knowledgeable in HTML and SQL.
  • Skills: networking, PC troubleshooting (LAN/Internet), web based software, SQL and IIS.

Junior Quality Auditor

Responsibilities:

  • Train in audit functions and activities (as shadow auditor / observer).
  • Assist during follow-up assessment and verification / validation of action plans.
  • Participate in other audit activities such as trainings and orientation.
  • Provide on-going progress reports and updates.
  • Maintain and control documents and records of audit.
  • Handle document distribution to and submission from other departments.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): ISO, QMS Standards.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledgeable in business and IT-related processes.
  • Good oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Good analytical skills.

Account Officer/Manager 

Responsibilities:

  • Basically Sales to cover PPCC products and/or services.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledgeable in IT and selling skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Channels Officer 

Responsibilities:

  • To establish the channels sales model for the DMS product. (Identify areas, channel requirements, establish quota, monitoring, channels contract).
  • To recommend channels for each area. (Business model template created/ business model submitted by channel partner).
  • Coordinate with DMS team on the channels training (documented activities and schedule).
  • Monitor and ensure channels meet quota.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Data Quality Head

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Lead for Data Quality Group of Infinite Intelligence
    1. Handle Budgeting and Resource Management
    2. Staff Management
    3. Set supporting strategies and tactical plans for the division - aligned to the overall plan for the organization
    4. Manage/Maintain and upgrade (if necessary) infrastructure and system support
    5. Implement Improvement programs, activities for the unit
  • As part of the Admin/Operations Requirements
    1. Generate or Ensure timely generation of Operating Reports
    2. Analyze Operations and implement programs that will improve productivity and efficiency and cut cost
    3. Oversee operations (manage serve delivery) and ensure that all contractual engagement are met
  • Carry out pre-sales responsibilities
    1. Prepare project/account feasibility - P and L
    2. Project customer requirement scoping
    3. Assist Sales in technical presentations with clients

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology major in Software Development, Statistics or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): SAS Base Programming, Program Development (SQL), Data Quality Process.
  • Strong management/team leads skills.
  • Preferred skill(s): SAS ETL, Enterprise Miner, Management Console, SAS Data Flux.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field with 2 years supervisory experience.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Actuarial Science/Statistics or equivalent.

Helpdesk/Desktop Head 

Responsibilities:

Application Support Services Head 
  • Responsibilities:

    1. Provide architectural and technical guidance in Microsoft based software solutions developed.
    2. Ensure SDLC methodology and quality practices are followed.
    3. Deliver finished, high quality software solutions based on clients’ expectation.
    4. Budget Planning.
    5. Provide cost estimates and statement of work to clients.
    6. To establish, maintain and improve application support processes and capabilities.
    7. Recruitment of staff for Application Support Team.
    8. To improve internal systems, processes and methods.
    9. To proactively lead the Application Support Team in developing and growing the business.

Requirements:

    1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
    2. Required skill(s): Leadership, Management Skills, Consulting.
    3. Preferred skill(s): Decision-making, Risk Analysis, Impact Analysis.
    4. At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Software/Application/.Net/VB/C# Development Manager; Consultancy; Project Management.
    5. Excellent oral and written communications skills.
