Pan Pacific Computer Center Inc. (PPCC) once more received the ISO stamp of approval in the first ISO Surveillance Audit.  Held early this month by AJA Registrars, the scope of the process and review were network and security administration, desktop support, system application and administration, and helpdesk management.

“Consistent team effort in complying with the procedures explains why PPCC successfully maintained the ISO9001-2000 certification”, enthused Eric Macatuggal, Head of the systems and administration, network and security administration group. He added that sufficient employee information and training on ISO requirements facilitated the smooth execution of procedures. In the pre-audit monitoring, no slip ups were encountered by the monitoring team and gaps identified were immediately corrected. 

Issued on August 02, 2008, the certification once more confirms PPCC in its quality process and objectives.
