Pan Pacific Computer Center Inc. (PPCC) and MACROLogic Computer Systems & Services entered into a Channel Partnership Program agreement on March 19 enabling Macrologic to distribute Docuflo™ and provide software technical support.
Docuflo™ is among PPCC’s top-of-the-line software for cost effective Document Management Solution (DMS). The agreement provides extensive PPCC support aimed at helping MACROLogic increase its selling efficiency, making it possible to close the deal with its customers much faster.
PPCC places a heavy premium on working with local partners and supporting their efforts to extend market reach and to open new business opportunities. The Channel Partnership Program offers a host of advantages to PPCC’s business partners including technology and knowledge transfer, technical support, marketing support and business development.
A 3-day day product training for Docuflo™ was held for MacroLogic. It focused on ensuring the effective handling of clients’ critical business concerns. MACRO Logic President, Mr. Arman Menta, and his sales and technical team attended the training.
