PPCC earned another feather in its cap after having been upgraded from ISO 9001-2000 to ISO 9001-2008 in the 3rd ISO Surveillance Audit conducted early this month. Used by more than 890,000 organizations spread over about 170 countries around the world, the ISO 9001 remains to be global quality standard.

The certification covers PPCC's network and security administration, desktop support, systems application and administration, and helpdesk management.

Over and above the recognition of PPCC's quality management systems, the ISO 9001-2008 certification also attests to PPCC's commitment to providing products and services, all of which are focused on one goal: customer satisfaction.
